Advanced Acoustic Array & AI Analytics
Equipped with 138 low-noise MEMS microphones , the system operates across a 2kHz to 100kHz frequency bandwidth to capture subtle ultrasonic anomalies. Driven by Hertzinno's AI engine, the system offers intuitive operation and real-time partial discharge type intelligent analysis, accurately classifying Corona, Floating, Surface, and Noise discharge types. Furthermore, it provides accurate estimations of gas leak rates and associated costs, detecting leakages as small as >0.0032L/min from a 2.5-meter distance.

High-Resolution Thermal Imaging
Complementing the acoustic capabilities is a built-in uncooled microbolometer thermal sensor with a $640^{*}512$ resolution and a 30Hz frame rate. It measures temperatures ranging from $-20^{\circ}C\sim550^{\circ}C$ with an exceptional NETD of ≤40mk. This thermal imaging function allows engineers to cross-verify mechanical friction, electrical overheating, and gas leaks simultaneously on the same screen.
